Returns

The inventory is always changing and we do not control it completely because many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The stock can change at any moment. Be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.

The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

The item cannot be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
